It takes approximately one week for the car you have bought to be transferred into your name, and around three to four weeks for you to receive the physical paperwork (you will be given a temporary document in the meantime). These times are all based on us being provided valid paperwork. Once you receive the permiso and ficha, you will need to have these in the car with you in case of a traffic stop.

Yes, every single one of the cars we purchase receives a full mechanical check through our own garage before being put on stock, and we provide a warranty in case anything does end up going wrong.

Yes, all of our cars have a background check carried out on them before we purchase them to check for any outstanding debt (unpaid fines, road tax) or whether the finance debt is still outstanding (the car cannot be transferred to a new owner in this case).

The majority of our cars are available on finance (cars above a certain age are excluded by banks). If you are interested in financing a car, please contact one of our office staff, and we will inform of the requirements needed.

All of our cars come with an in-date ITV - if it is nearing its expiration date, we will carry out another inspection free of charge, ensuring that the vehicle meets road-safety standards before it is handed over to the customer.

The first 4 years after a car is first registered, vehicles can be driven without an ITV. After this, an inspection is required every 2 years until the car reaches 10 years of age; from this period onwards an inspection will be required every year. All of these time periods are halved for commercial vehicles, such as vans.

We aim to have a car ready for a customer within a week, to ensure the proper time to do a final check, and to provide an ITV if required. Although we are often able to offer a faster turnaround time, depending on the work required for handover.

Yes, in fact we will deliver a sold vehicle within 150 km of our office in Benissa for no extra charge, which will cover most areas in Alicante and Valencia provinces. We can also arrange transport nationally through our contacts.

In Spain, road tax is charged at different rates in each municipality, and while it can vary substantially according to where the car is registered, it tends to be far lower in cost than in the UK and other countries.

Servicing should generally be done at least once a year, or every 20,000 km. This will help to keep your vehicle running smoothly for longer, and the upfront cost can save a lot of money down the road. We have our own mechanic garage in Benissa as well as our car sales site, and can carry out servicing for you, with a 10% discount for all our customers.
